Addison Rae Signs Movie Deal With Netflix

Netflix thinks Addison Rae is all that.

So much so that the streamer has signed the TikTok star to a multi-picture deal.

Rae recently made her acting debut with a starring role in Netflix’s “He’s All That,” a gender-swapped remake of the 1999 high school rom-com “She’s All That.”

“Getting the opportunity to work with Netflix was such a pinch me moment and now to be able to continue the relationship is beyond my wildest dreams,” Rae said. “I’m thrilled to be able to collaborate with this incredible team and am excited to develop projects while continuing to strengthen my

‘Black Widow’: Movie Theater Owners Claim Disney Lost Money on Film

Movie theater operators did not mince words in asserting that Disney left money on the table by putting Marvel’s “Black Widow” on Disney Plus on the same day as its theatrical debut.

Disney announced in March that “Black Widow,” among several of its 2021 films, would premiere simultaneously on the studio’s subscription-based streaming service — for a premium $30 price — and on the big screen while the struggling movie theater industry regained its footing. On July 9, “Black Widow” opened to $80 million in the U.S. and Canada, setting a COVID-era box office record. Disney padded the film’s final

Her breast cancer, which she had been privately fighting for a year at that point, also meant the film would likely not receive a “completion bond”, or the standard guarantee that it

‘Fatherhood’ movie review: A portrait of paternal devotion skewed by Kevin Hart’s PR machine

While the true story of ‘Fatherhood’ is deeply touching and empowering, the film that inevitably became ‘image rehab’ for lead actor Kevin Hart is saved by commendable performances from the women

The pandemic got men around the world talking about fatherhood, specifically what it means to be a dad in 2020 and 2021. So the timing of Kevin Hart-starrer Fatherhood is significant. The Netflix film – based on the real-life story of Matthew Logelin – gives Hart a chance to show off his serious side once again after The Upside.
